Please be advised that delivery times for our home decor products within the USA typically range from 3 to 7 days. For larger items such as sofa sectionals or large furniture, the delivery window extends to 4 to 15 days. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding these timelines.

  • Processing Times: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Methods: We provide various shipping methods to accommodate your needs, with options presented during the checkout process. Note that the availability of certain shipping methods may vary depending on your location. 

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are Free for all Orders! Enjoy our commitment to making your shopping experience as convenient and cost-effective as possible.

  • Estimated Delivery Time: Delivery times may vary based on the selected shipping method and your location (Typically 3-7 Days for most products) or (4-16 Days for Large Furniture & Sofas) Upon shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number for real-time updates. Refer to the estimated delivery timeframe provided by the shipping carrier for a more accurate estimate.

  • International Shipping: We offer international shipping to most countries (excluding Nigeria & Ukraine currently, subject to change). Please be aware that international orders may incur customs duties, taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country. Customers are responsible for these charges, so we recommend checking with your country's customs office for applicable fees.

  • Order Tracking: To track your order, use the tracking number provided in the shipping confirmation email. Enter the number on our website or directly on the shipping carrier's website for real-time updates on your shipment's status.

  • Address Accuracy: Ensure the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. For address changes post-order placement, contact our customer support team promptly.

  • Shipping Restrictions: Some items may face shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or legal regulations. If such restrictions apply, we will notify you promptly, providing alternative solutions if available.

 

SALES TAX

Sales tax on the merchandise total is charged for items shipped to the following states and US territories: AL*, AR*, AZ*, CA*, CO*, CT*, DC*, FL*, GA*, IA, ID, IL*, IN*, KS*, KY*, LA*, MA, MD*, ME*, MI*, MN*, MO*, MS*, NC*, ND*, NE*, NJ*, NM*, NV*, NY*, OH*, OK, PA*, RI*, SC*, SD*, TN*, TX*, UT, VA*, VT*, WA*, WI*, WV*, WY and Puerto Rico*.

States and US territories marked with an asterisk also collect taxes on shipping and processing charges. Except as otherwise noted, all sales are made by Williams-Sonoma DTC, Inc., and the local sales tax of the delivery destination is also charged. All sales shipped to Texas locations are made by Williams-Sonoma DTC Texas, Inc., and the sales tax is based on the location where the order was received. The local sales tax of the delivery destination is also charged. Orders delivered to California locations are F.O.B. destination point which means title passes in California.

Shipping to International Destinations

Through our partnership with Borderfree, we are pleased to provide an enhanced international shopping experience for customers in various countries. Through Borderfree, we present product prices in the international currency of our customer's choice and a guaranteed order total.

Customers in Australia, Canada, or Mexico can shop on those country websites.

Shipping To USA from International Location
All international orders must have a ship-to destination outside the United States. We cannot support customers with international billing addresses shipping to U.S. addresses.

If you have an U.S. billing address and are shipping to an APO/FPO address, please proceed through the domestic checkout process.
