Free Standard Shipping

Orders of $199 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. Excludes: PO Boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii. Artisan & Blooms is not responsible for shipping failures or delays due to circumstances outside of our control. Backordered products are not eligible for guaranteed delivery windows. Please note: Orders placed during major holiday closures may experience slight processing delays.


Holiday 2-Day Expedited Shipping Promotion


Offer valid for 50% off two-day shipping on eligible items only. Excludes oversized furniture and freight shipments. If any ineligible item is included in the cart, two-day shipping will not be available for the entire order. Offer subject to modification or termination at any time without notice. Artisan & Blooms is not responsible for shipping delays due to circumstances outside of our control. Backordered or custom furniture pieces are not eligible for guaranteed delivery windows.


Gift With Purchase


Free Gift with Purchase: Receive a free promotional item with qualifying purchase, while supplies last. Alternate promotional item may be substituted with a product of equal or greater value at any time without notice. Limit one free gift per order on eligible purchases. Free gift is not eligible for customer substitution and has no cash value. If qualifying items are returned, the free gift must also be returned or its value may be deducted from the refund. Offer subject to change or cancellation.


Expedited Options

2-Day and Next Day shipping available at additional cost on select items. Expedited deliveries do not arrive on weekends or holidays. Large furniture items may not qualify for expedited shipping.


Processing & Tracking

In-stock items ship within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday ship the following business day. Tracking may take 1–3 days to become available. Carriers may experience delays during peak seasons.


Custom Orders

Please allow an additional 1–3 weeks for custom or made-to-order items, including finishes, fabrics, or personalized details. Any complications will be communicated promptly.


Delivery Estimates

Contiguous U.S.: 3–7 business days
Alaska & Hawaii: 2–3 weeks (shipping fees calculated at checkout)
International: Available to select regions including Canada, Europe, and Australia.

Restrictions

No shipping to PO Boxes. No shipping to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. If your expedited order or shipment is significantly delayed, please contact our support team for assistance.


Holiday Return Policy:

For any order placed from November 1st, please return your order by January 15th for a full refund to the original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee per item. Refunds are processed within 10–14 business days after inspection.

If it is past January 15th and the item remains unused, we will issue store credit only. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs after January 15th.


Returns:

We accept returns only on items purchased directly from artisanblooms.com or through our customer support team.


Conditions

Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging. A copy of your receipt is required. Returns can be processed through our Self-Service Return Portal.


Return Windows

Within 30 days: Refund to original payment method, minus a 15% restocking fee per item. Refund processed in 10–14 business days after inspection.

31–90 days: Eligible for store credit only, subject to the same 15% restocking fee.


Exclusions

Premium shipping fees (2-Day or Next Day) are non-refundable. Free gifts must be returned or their retail value will be deducted from the refund. Returns are not accepted from third-party retailers.

Final Sale: Custom furniture, made-to-order items, international orders, and oversized freight shipments are not eligible for return (unless required by law).


Shipping Damage Claims:

We stand by the quality of our packaging.

What to do if your order arrives damaged:

If you purchased shipping protection, please file a claim with the provider.

If you did not purchase shipping protection, submit our damage claim form.

Claims are only valid for items purchased directly from Artisan & Blooms. Damage to products purchased through third-party retailers is not covered.


Warranty:

We proudly offer a comprehensive warranty on all genuine Artisan & Blooms furniture.


Coverage

Products are warranted against manufacturing defects. If defective, Artisan & Blooms will repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.


Exclusions

Normal wear and tear, natural wood variations, and misuse are not covered.


Courtesy Offer

If damage is due to misuse and cannot be repaired, we may offer a one-time replacement discount on the same item.


Geographic Limits

Warranty is valid within the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Australia. International orders may be considered final sale depending on region.
