Orders of $199 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S.

Excludes PO Boxes, Alaska, and Hawaii. Artisan & Blooms is not responsible for shipping failures or delays due to circumstances outside our control. Orders placed during major holiday closures may experience slight processing delays.

Expedited Options

2-Day and Next Day shipping are available at additional cost on select items. Expedited deliveries do not arrive on weekends or holidays. Large furniture items may not qualify for expedited shipping.

Holiday 2-Day Promotion

50% off 2-day shipping on eligible items. Excludes oversized furniture and freight shipments. If any ineligible item is in your cart, 2-day shipping will not be available for the entire order. Subject to change without notice.

Custom & Made-to-Order

Please allow an additional 1–3 weeks for custom or made-to-order items, including custom finishes, fabrics, or personalized details.

Any complications will be communicated to you promptly. Please note: custom and made-to-order items are final sale and not eligible for return.

Returns

We accept returns on items purchased directly from artisanblooms.com or through our customer support team. Items must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging with a copy of your receipt.

To original payment method. Minus 15% restocking fee. Processed within 10–14 business days after inspection.

31–90 days

Store credit

Store credit only. Subject to the same 15% restocking fee per item.

After 90 days

Not eligible

Returns are not accepted beyond 90 days from the date of purchase.

Return exclusions

Premium shipping fees (2-Day or Next Day) are non-refundable
Free gifts must be returned or their retail value will be deducted from the refund
Returns are not accepted from third-party retailers
Final sale: Custom furniture, made-to-order items, international orders, and oversized freight shipments

Holiday Return Policy

Orders placed from November 1st

Return by January 15th for a full refund to the original payment method, minus the 15% restocking fee. Refunds processed within 10–14 business days after inspection.

After January 15th, if the item remains unused, store credit will be issued. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs after January 15th.

Shipping Damage Claims

We stand by the quality of our packaging. If your order arrives damaged, here's what to do:

With shipping protection

File a claim directly with the shipping protection provider included with your order.

Without shipping protection

Submit our damage claim form. Claims are only valid for items purchased directly from Artisan & Blooms.

Warranty

We proudly offer a comprehensive warranty on all genuine Artisan & Blooms furniture. Products are warranted against manufacturing defects. If defective, we will repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.

Coverage

Manufacturing defects. We will repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion.

Exclusions

Normal wear and tear, natural wood variations, and misuse are not covered.

Regions

Valid in U.S., Canada, Europe & Australia. International orders may be final sale depending on region.

Courtesy offer: If damage is due to misuse and cannot be repaired, we may offer a one-time replacement discount on the same item.

Gift With Purchase

Receive a free promotional item with qualifying purchase, while supplies last. An alternate item of equal or greater value may be substituted without notice.

Free gift is not eligible for customer substitution and has no cash value
If qualifying items are returned, the free gift must also be returned or its value will be deducted from the refund
